We played Headfort (Old Course) on Friday 2nd of August with 26 playing on the day. For the most part, the weather was fine (with a couple of short heavy showers in the latter stages of the round). The course was in great condition and all staff (in the Office, Pro Shop and the Bar) were very helpful. All 26 enjoyed the golf and the food afterwards. Would have no hesitation in recommending Headfort to other Societies - we will be back in the future.

Our society played the old course in Headfort last week and had a very enjoyable outing there as usual. We are regular visitors to Headfort and we are always well looked after when we visit. The course was immaculate as usual, and the bar and restuarant staff were really nice to us. We will be back again.

We in Philips Golf Society really enjoyed the outing on Saturday 27th April playing the Old Course @ Headfort in Kells Co. Meath.
A superb track with good greens and manageable by all levels of golfer but made a little easier with placing everywhere, but this is to be expected with growth delayed so much this year.
The weather gods were good to us with some wonderful sunshine even if it was a bit cold starting off.
Staff in the office were friendly and food in the clubhouse was tasty and good value.
All in all a great day's golf. -

Our outing occured on Monday last, April 15th. We had 26 players, all of whom really enjoyed their day at the club. The early weather was a little wet but the course was in as good a condition as could be expected, condidering the heavy rain of the previous days. We were very well received, given all the correct instructions and had your appreciation of our visit expressed by your club secretary (I am told - I could not attend due to illness). We were given a voucher to encourage us to come again and I have no doubt that we will be back in the coming year. Overall, quite a successful outing. Many thanks for your help.
