The course at Grange Castle is very suitable for a golf society outing. It is challenging without being overwhelming for society golfers and the layout makes decent scoring possible & therefore a good feeling factor. To facilitate the management on the day we played a 16 holes competition, combining 9 hole course with the 7 hole course. This was a bit messy as the indices were not set up between the 2 courses for this and we had to work them out for our members. Recommend that a 'Course Card' is set up for such an occasion or do not combine the holes in this way at all. The staff were very pleasant and the day was most enjoyable.

R.I.G.S played Grange Castle on the 19th. March. The course was in great shape after the mild weather and the greens remarkably fast. A great day was had by all involved.
