Courtown Golf Club is a picturesque and challenging golf course located 5 km from the North Wexford town of Gorey only an hour from South Dublin. Founded in 1936 the golf course was upgraded to 18 holes in 1974. It was built on a piece of land that was once part of the old Courtown estate.  With it's panoramic views of the South Irish Sea and the beautiful North Wexford coast it provides a delightful distraction to many a bad round. Courtown is a mature parkland course, par 71 and almost 6000 metres in length. Every fairway is lined and each has its own unique challenge which rewards the accurate golfer. The course has something for everyone making it an ideal choice for a group to visit.
